Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Ayla Ronald #1828 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick work over a short segment with strong relative placing Ayla Ronald covered 0.30 km in 1:38, averaging 5:31 min/km. She passed 2 runners in the On Speed Zone and finished 53rd in the female 3640 category, 558th among women, and 1910th overall out of 5624. That short effort points to good acceleration and efficient pace-setting over a brief distance. On a fast evening run through Canary Wharf, the main opportunity is to hold that speed for longer segments while staying smooth. The category result is a useful benchmark, and the over-5,600 runner field gives that placing solid context.
