Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Neil Nguyen #84 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp speed in a very short effort Neil covered 0.30 km in 1:07, averaging 3:49/km. He passed 19 runners and finished 222nd of 5,624 overall, placing 103rd among men and 33rd in the mens 3135 category. That points to strong speed and decisive positioning over a brief segment. This was part of Run The Wharfs evening closed-road setup through Canary Wharf, where fast running meets the Friday Night Lights social atmosphere. For this kind of short effort, the key positive is clear: excellent pace with meaningful overtakes. To build on it, maintaining that speed over a longer measured distance would give a fuller picture of endurance alongside top-end pace.
