Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Mozhdeh Dehnoei #4268 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp speed over a short segment Mozhdeh covered 0.30 km in 1:41, averaging 5:42 min/km. She placed 681st among women and 222nd in the female 2630 division, with 2,161st overall out of 5,624 participants. This was a very short effort, so the clearest takeaway is her pace across the segment. Converting well under a third of a kilometre at 5:42 min/km shows good early speed. In a fast evening run through Canary Wharf, that kind of pace is a solid marker; building the ability to hold it across a longer distance would be the next useful step.
