Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Isaac Adni #5012 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quickest section and strong category result Isaac covered 0.30 km in 1:06, averaging 3:43/km. He placed 21st in the Male Elite 1825 division, 73rd in Male Elite, and 181st overall out of 5,624 participants. That overall position puts him in roughly the top 3.2% of the field. This was recorded in the On Speed Zone segment of Run The Wharf, the closed-road Canary Wharf evening event. The standout stat here is efficiency over a short section: 66 seconds for 300 metres at sub-3:45/km pace. To build on this, keeping that same sharp speed over a longer segment would be the next useful marker in training and racing.
