Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Urvish Patel #3190 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp speed in a short effort Urvish covered 0.30 km in 1:42, averaging 5:47/km. That is a very quick pace for this short segment, and he also passed 20 runners during the effort, a strong indicator that he built speed well and moved efficiently through the field. Among 5,624 participants, he finished 2,244th overall, 1,339th male, and 372nd in the mens 2630 category. This evening Canary Wharf event is built for fast running, and his numbers show good top-end speed over a brief distance. The next step as a coach would be to hold that speed across a longer segment, so this effort can translate into stronger results over the full course.
