Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Ankush Arunkumar #2211 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Explosive speed over a short segment He covered 0.30 km in 1:32, averaging 5:12/km. That effort placed him 1,542nd of 5,624 overall, 985th among men, and 278th in the mens 2630 category. He also recorded 22 passes in the On Speed Zone segment. For a brief speed-focused effort through Canary Wharf, the key stat is the pace: 5:12/km over 300 metres is a solid burst. The passing count suggests he moved well relative to runners around him. To build on this, the next step would be holding that speed across a longer segment so the same sharp pace carries further.
