Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Laurent Putz #497 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast effort with standout speed-zone result Laurent covered 0.30 km in 1:09, averaging 3:56/km. He also logged 5 On Speed Zone passes, the clearest standout stat from this result. Against 5,624 participants, he finished 293rd overall, 151st among men, and 44th in the mens 2630 category. This was a very short effort, so the most useful takeaway is how sharp the pace was over the distance. Holding sub-4:00/km speed and recording 5 passes suggests strong top-end speed in a fast evening city-run format through Canary Wharf. For future efforts of this type, maintaining that same speed over a longer measured distance would be a good next target.
