Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Salma Heshmati #3373 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick 0.30 km effort at 7:01 min/km Salma covered 0.30 km in 2:04, averaging 7:01 min/km. That equates to a short, sharp effort with consistent output across the full recorded distance. Among 5,624 participants, she finished 1,504th female and 318th in the female 3135 division. This was part of Run The Wharf, an evening closed-road event through Canary Wharf built around a fast 5K atmosphere and post-run social. For a brief segment like this, the key stat is pace: 7:01 min/km over 0.30 km. A useful next step would be extending that pace over a longer continuous distance if that aligns with her training goals.
