Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Shereen Abdelhady #2167 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast Short-Distance Speed with Strong Overall Standing Shereen covered 0.30 km in 2:02, averaging 6:53/km. She placed 3,325th of 5,624 overall, 1,409th among women, and 431st in the womens 2630 division. That puts her ahead of roughly 41% of the field overall in this On Speed Zone effort. This was a very short performance, so the most useful markers are her converted pace and relative placing. Holding 6:53/km over 0.30 km shows good speed across a brief segment. For future efforts, extending that pace over a longer measured distance would give a clearer benchmark to track progress within the Friday Night Lights race environment.
