Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Vishal Panchal #2770 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Very Short Effort with Quick Early Speed He covered 0.30 km in 2:35, averaging 8:44 min/km. That equates to roughly 7.0 km/h over the recorded distance. In a field of 5,624, he placed 3,865 overall, 1,877 among men, and 352 in the male 3135 category. This was a very short recorded effort rather than a full race-distance result, so the main takeaway is the ability to get up to speed quickly in a brief evening run setting through Canary Wharf. For future efforts, aiming to hold that pace across a longer measured distance would give a clearer benchmark and make progress easier to track.
