Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Terance Mzamo #7833 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick burst with strong speed over a short segment Terance covered 0.30 km in 2:06, averaging 7:06 min/km. In the On Speed Zone segment, he finished 3,523rd of 5,624 overall, 1,771st among men, and 474th in the mens 2630 division. This was a very short effort, so the key stat is the pace held across the segment. For a closed-road evening run through Canary Wharf, that gives a useful speed snapshot rather than a full-race endurance picture. A good next step would be to build on this by holding a similar pace over a longer distance in training or future events.
