Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Ricky Timeneys #1514 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick work over a short distance Ricky covered 0.30 km in 2:03, averaging 6:58/km. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 122nd in the male 4650 division and 1,740th among men. This was a very short effort, so the key stat is speed: holding 6:58/km over 0.30 km. In a fast evening event through Canary Wharf, that points to a solid burst of pace. For future efforts, building that speed across a longer measured segment would give a clearer benchmark to track progress.
