Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Benjamin Lowhing #4438 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Elite speed in a very short effort Benjamin covered 0.30 km in 1:11, averaging 4:00/km. He placed 337th of 5,624 overall, 183rd among men, and 38th in the male 1825 division. He also passed 23 runners during the effort, a notable stat in such a short segment. This was a sharp, high-speed run with strong relative placing in a large field. The pace shows very good turnover over a brief distance. For future efforts in this format, the main opportunity is sustaining that speed for slightly longer while keeping the same efficiency. Run The Wharfs Canary Wharf setting is known for fast closed roads, which suited this kind of quick performance well.
