Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Ella Norman #7923 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast burst with strong relative placing Ella covered 0.30 km in 1:26, averaging 4:53/km. She passed 19 runners in the On Speed Zone, a good sign of sharp acceleration over a short effort. Against 5,624 participants, she placed 235th among women and 79th in the female 2630 division. This was a brief, high-speed segment rather than a full race effort, and the pace stands out well in a fast evening 5K setting through Canary Wharf. As a coachs note, the speed is there; the next step would be sustaining that turnover over a longer distance in training or future race segments.
