Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Carmen Sekulic #828 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp speed-zone effort with strong category standing Carmen covered 0.30 km in 1:27, averaging 4:56 min/km. She ranked 270th of 5,624 women overall and 51st in the female 3135 division, with 5 runners passed in the On Speed Zone segment. That places her around the top 5% of women in the field and about the top 19% in her age group. At a closed-road evening run through Canary Wharf, this was a short, efficient effort with good relative placement in a large field. The pace was solid for the distance, and passing 5 runners suggests she finished this segment proactively. For future speed-zone efforts, a useful focus would be holding that pace a little longer over the full segment.
