Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Will Carpenter #556 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick burst with standout speed-zone volume He logged 0.30 km in 1:13, which works out to 4:08/km. A notable stat is the 7 On Speed Zone passes, showing repeated strong efforts over a very short distance. Against a field of 5,624, he finished 412th overall, 238th among men, and 56th in the mens 3135 division. This was a compact performance where the headline numbers are speed and frequency of fast passes. On a Canary Wharf course built for a fast evening run, sustaining that 4:08/km pace across the recorded distance is a solid marker. For future efforts, the main opportunity is to hold that pace across a longer measured segment to give a fuller picture of endurance alongside speed.
