Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Randy Opoku Junior #642 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp pace and a strong age-group result Randy covered 0.30 km in 1:19, averaging 4:28/km. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 93rd in the Male 1825 division and 428th among men. That age-group placing stands out most from this result. This was part of Run The Wharf, an evening closed-road run through Canary Wharf. For this effort, the key positive is speed: 4:28/km is brisk running. If he targets longer race distances next, the next step would be to hold that pace across more kilometres while keeping the same efficiency.
