Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Franklyn Brown #7940 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp Speed Over a Short Effort Franklyn covered 0.30 km in 1:34, averaging 5:20 min/km. That equates to a quick burst of speed rather than a longer sustained effort, and the pace stands out well in a fast, after-work city event setting. He finished 1681st of 5624 overall, placing in the top 30% of the field. Within the male field, he was 1060th, and 81st in the Male 4145 division. For future efforts, building this speed across a longer distance would be the key next step, as the pace itself was solid.
