Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Manvir Supra #5367 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast opening speed delivered a strong short-course result Manvir covered 0.30 km in 1:41, averaging 5:43 min/km. That is a sharp effort over a very short distance, with clear speed from the start. He finished 2165th of 5624 overall, placing him in the top half of the field, and 363rd in the male 2630 category. At this Canary Wharf evening event, where the focus is on quick running through the closed roads of the financial district, his pace stands out more than position because of the short format. For future efforts at similar distances, the main coaching focus would simply be sustaining that early speed across a longer measured segment to give a fuller picture of race fitness.
