Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Faisal Nisar #1981 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick effort with strong age-group standing Faisal covered 0.30 km in 1:40, averaging 5:38/km. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 71st in the mens 4650 division, 1,265th among men, and 2,063rd overall. For a short effort, that pace shows good turnover and solid speed. This was part of the Canary Wharf evening run format, built around a fast closed-road city course and post-run social atmosphere. The key stat here is the age-group result: 71st places him respectably within a large field. If he wants to sharpen this type of effort further, the main focus would be sustaining that pace over a longer distance in training.
