Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Amna Ssari Kahiya #3560 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick, efficient effort with strong overall standing Amna covered 0.30 km in 1:57, averaging 6:37/km. She finished 3,074th of 5,624 overall, 1,245th of 3,123 women, and 260th in the female 3135 division. That places her around the top 55% of the full field. This was a very short effort, so the most useful stat is pace control: 6:37/km across 0.30 km. In a fast evening event through Canary Wharf, that shows good early speed. For future efforts, the next step would be extending that pace over a longer distance to build stronger race-specific endurance.
