Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Colette Sheard #6700 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast pace and a strong age-group showing Colette covered 0.30 km in 1:16, averaging 4:17/km. She placed 76th out of all female finishers and 26th in the female 2630 division, with 523rd overall from 5,624 participants. She also passed 23 runners in the On Speed Zone segment. This was a short, sharp effort, and the headline stat is the speed: 4:17/km over 0.30 km. The age-group result stands out as well, showing good speed relative to her peers. For future efforts at this distance, the focus is simple: keep sharpening acceleration and top-end pace to convert that speed into even more positions gained.
