Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Adam Kennard #6696 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick pace and a strong age-group result Adam covered 0.30 km in 1:22, averaging 4:37 min/km. He placed 39th in the male 4145 division, 524th among men, and 815th overall out of 5,624 participants. That age-group placing stands out most relative to the field. This was part of the Canary Wharf evening run, a closed-road city event built around speed and atmosphere. For such a short effort, his pace was sharp and well controlled. If he wants to improve this type of result further, the clearest target is sustaining that speed over a longer race distance, where the same efficiency could translate into a stronger overall placing.
