Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Dalia Fraga Martinez #1752 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp pace in a short, high-speed effort Dalia covered 0.30 km in 1:23, averaging 4:41/km. She passed 37 runners during the effort, a strong stat for such a short segment. Within a field of 5,624, she placed 181st among women and 61st in the female 1825 division. This was part of Run The Wharfs fast evening setup through Canary Wharf, where short, quick running is central to the atmosphere. The most useful next step is extending that 4:41/km speed over a longer measured segment, which would give a clearer benchmark for endurance at race pace.
