Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Sean Keough #477 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Top-15 age-group result with very strong pace Sean covered 0.30 km in 1:10, averaging 3:57 min/km. He placed 15th in the mens 3640 division, 165th among men, and 312th overall out of 5,624 participants. That age-group placing stands out most here, especially in a large field. This was part of the Canary Wharf Friday Night Lights setup, a closed-road evening run through the district with an after-work atmosphere. Statistically, the key takeaway is his speed over a very short effort: sub-4:00 min/km pace across 0.30 km. For future efforts, the main focus would simply be extending that pace across a longer distance if the goal is to translate this speed into a fuller race result.
