Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Harry Fay #7879 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast effort with strong age-group standing Harry covered 0.30 km in 1:19, averaging 4:29/km. He placed 96th in the male 1825 category, 439th among men, and 702nd overall out of 5,624 participants. He also passed 10 runners during the effort, a good sign that he was moving forward rather than fading. This was a short, quick segment at Run The Wharfs Canary Wharf evening event, where speed is central to the format. For future gains, the main focus would be sustaining this pace over a longer distance while keeping that ability to pick off runners late.
