Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Ciaran Conneely #901 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Very short effort with quick pace and strong percentile finish Ciaran covered 0.30 km in 1:12, averaging 4:06/km. He placed 393rd of 5,624 overall, which put him well inside the top 10% of the field. Among men, he was 225th, and he finished 46th in the mens 1825 division. A notable stat: he passed 42 runners during the On Speed Zone segment. Over such a short distance, that sharp pace and ability to move through the field stand out. For future efforts of this type, the main opportunity is simply extending that speed over a longer measured section to give a fuller picture of endurance at race pace.
