Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Francesca Clemens #2338 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick, Efficient Effort at a Sharp Pace Francesca covered 0.30 km in 1:40, averaging 5:38 min/km. In a field of 5,624, she placed 623rd among women and 205th in the female 2630 division. That pace over a short effort points to good leg speed and an ability to get up to pace quickly. With this being part of an evening closed-road run through Canary Wharf, the result fits the events fast format well. For future efforts like this, the main coaching focus would be sustaining that speed over a longer distance while keeping the same efficiency.
