Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Ali Ahmad #215 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Short Effort, Strong Speed and Excellent Relative Finish Ali covered 0.30 km in 1:11, averaging 4:00 min/km. He passed 12 runners in the On Speed Zone and finished 350th of 5,624 overall, placing him in roughly the top 6.2% of the field. Within the male standings, he was 193rd, and 57th in the mens 2630 division. This was a very short, high-speed effort, so the key stat is how efficiently he converted pace into position. A 4:00 min/km average over 0.30 km stands out, and moving past 12 runners adds a useful competitive marker. For future attempts, maintaining that pace while finding a little more acceleration through the segment could improve his category placing further.
