Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Harriet Salmon #6793 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick effort with strong speed-zone result Harriet covered 0.30 km in 1:23, averaging 4:43 min/km. She passed 46 runners in the On Speed Zone, a notable return over such a short segment and a good sign of sharp acceleration. Among 5,624 participants, she placed 188th female and 65th in the female 2630 category. This was a brief, high-speed effort rather than a full race-distance performance, so the most useful takeaway is how effectively she moved through the field. Maintaining that same commitment over longer sustained segments would be the next target in training. Run The Wharfs Canary Wharf setting is built for fast evening running, and her numbers here fit that format well.
