Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Annie Trelfa #3579 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick Effort with Strong Early Speed Annie covered 0.30 km in 1:48, averaging 6:07/km. In a field of 5,624, she placed 2,617th overall, 948th among women, and 297th in the female 2630 division. This was a very short effort, so the most useful takeaway is pace: 6:07/km is a solid speed marker for a sharp burst through the Canary Wharf course. For future events over longer distances, holding as much of that speed as possible across each full kilometre would be a good focus.
