Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Robert Khayat #946 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick pace and strong relative placing Robert covered 0.30 km in 1:19, averaging 4:29/km. He passed 12 runners in the On Speed Zone, a good sign of strong turnover over a short effort. Among 5,624 participants, he finished 692nd overall, 433rd among men, and 132nd in the M2630 division. This was a brief, high-speed segment rather than a full race distance, so the key takeaway is pace: 4:29/km is sharp for 300 metres. In a fast evening setting through Canary Wharf, that suggests good top-end speed. To build on this, keeping that speed controlled over longer km efforts would be the next useful step.
