Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Diego Luiz #6702 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick pace and a strong age-group result Diego covered 0.30 km in 1:09, averaging 3:56/km. He placed 14th in the Male 3640 category, 150th among men, and 292nd overall out of 5,624 participants. That age-group placing stands out most relative to the field. This was a very short effort, so the key takeaway is speed: he sustained a sharp pace from the start and converted it into a competitive category result. For future sessions of this type, focusing on maintaining that pace over a longer distance would be a useful next step. Run The Wharfs Canary Wharf setting is known for its fast evening format, which suited this performance well.
