Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Thomas Steadman #3677 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp Burst at 3:39/km Pace Thomas covered 0.30 km in 2:09, averaging 3:39/km. That is a very quick pace over a short segment, with clean speed shown from the start. He placed 1,790th of 5,624 men and 478th in the Male 2630 category. This was part of the Canary Wharf evening event, known for its fast closed-road city-centre setup. For this distance, the key positive is raw speed: 0.30 km at 3:39/km stands out. To build on it, the next step would be holding that pace across a longer measured section of 1 km or more to give a clearer benchmark of endurance at speed.
