Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Tim Frith #7813 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast burst with strong passing rate Tim covered 0.30 km in 1:38, averaging 5:32/km. He passed 51 runners during the effort, a notable number over such a short distance. His overall placing was 1,942 of 5,624, with 1,200th among men and 232nd in the mens 3135 division. This was part of Run The Wharfs Friday Night Lights format in Canary Wharf, built around a quick, closed-road city run. For a short effort like this, the key stat is speed: 5:32/km is a solid pace, and the 51 passes suggest he moved well through the field. A useful next step would be to focus on sustaining that pace over a longer distance.
