Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Humayun Kabir #471 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick work over a short effort He covered 0.30 km in 1:22, averaging 4:39/km. That is a sharp pace for a very short segment, and it put him 859th of 5,624 overall, 556th among men, and 77th in the mens 3640 category. This result came at Run The Wharf in Canary Wharf, where the evening format is built for speed through closed roads in the financial district. The standout stat here is pace: holding 4:39/km over 300 metres shows good turnover. The next step, if this was part of a speed-focused effort, would be carrying that pace across a longer distance.
