Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Cynthia Lam #6701 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast burst with strong passing efficiency Cynthia covered 0.30 km in 1:42, averaging 5:44/km. She passed 37 runners in the On Speed Zone, a notable gain over a very short segment. Among 5,624 participants, she placed 700th in the female field and 144th in the female 3135 division. This was a brief, high-speed effort within Run The Wharfs evening Canary Wharf format, where quick turnover matters. The key stat here is efficiency: 37 passes in 0.30 km suggests she was able to build speed well through the section. For future efforts, maintaining that acceleration a little earlier into comparable short segments could help increase pass count even further.
