Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Zak Timol Timol #398 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick pace and a strong age-group result Zak covered 0.30 km in 1:30, averaging 5:04 min/km. Among 5,624 finishers, he placed 125th in the Male 3640 division, 894th among men, and 1,376th overall. That short effort points to good speed over a brief distance, with his pace standing out more than finishing place. In an event known for a fast evening 5K atmosphere through Canary Wharf, this was a sharp, efficient run. For future efforts, the next step would be turning that speed into a longer sustained performance over more distance.
