Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Raasib Salam #3535 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast burst with a strong relative finish He covered 0.30 km in 1:49, which works out to 6:09 min/km. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 2,643 overall, 1,497th of the men, and 217th in the mens 3640 category. A notable stat: he passed 31 runners during the effort, a solid sign of good positioning through the segment. This was a very short, speed-focused effort rather than a full race-distance run, so the key marker here is turnover and efficiency. On a closed-road Canary Wharf course built for quick evening running, gaining 31 places stands out. For the next effort, aim to hold that same pace across a longer distance to turn this sharp burst into a stronger overall result.
