Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Trang Nguyen #7890 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Division win with elite speed-zone efficiency Trang covered 0.30 km in 1:08, averaging 3:50 min/km. She passed 5 runners in the On Speed Zone and finished 14th female overall out of a 5,624-person field. Most notably, she placed 1st in the Female 4145 division. This was a short, fast effort, and the numbers point to strong top-end speed over the segment. Ranking 1st in her age group stands out most here, backed by a sharp pace through a closed-road evening event in Canary Wharf. For future efforts in this format, maintaining that speed while continuing to pick off runners late can add even more value.
