Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Arman Malek #2656 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast Burst with Strong Turnover Arman covered 0.30 km in 1:43, averaging 5:48/km. In a large field of 5,624, he finished 2,277th overall, 1,353rd among men, and 377th in the mens 2630 division. That pace over a short segment points to good leg speed and quick acceleration. At Run The Wharfs evening Canary Wharf setting, this was a brief effort rather than a full 5K race result, so the key takeaway is pace efficiency: 5:48/km across 300 metres. For future efforts, the next useful step would be extending that speed over a longer measured distance to better assess endurance alongside turnover.
