Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Muna Kulow #6539 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp speed over a short distance Muna covered 0.30 km in 2:16, averaging 7:41 min/km. In a field of 5,624, she placed 1,695th among women and 355th in the female 3135 division. The effort was brief, but the pace shows good intent from the start. At Friday Night Lights Canary Wharf event, that kind of short, fast running suits the closed-road format through the financial district. For future efforts, extending this speed across a longer measured section would give a clearer benchmark and help turn early pace into a stronger overall result.
