Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Ilse Jimenez Varela #6455 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast start with standout pass count over a short effort Ilse covered 0.30 km in 1:50, averaging 6:12 min/km. She recorded 25 passes in the On Speed Zone, a notable stat for such a short segment. Against 5,624 participants, she placed 998th among women and 118th in the female 3640 division. This was a brief, high-speed effort within the Friday-night Canary Wharf event setting, where short road sections reward quick acceleration. The key positive is the strong pass total relative to the distance covered. For future efforts, maintaining that turnover while extending it over a longer segment could help improve overall ranking.
