Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Josh Geddes #6177 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Podium Speed in a Short, Sharp Effort Josh covered 0.30 km in 53 seconds, averaging 3:02/km. In a field of 5,624, he finished 29th overall and 3rd among men, a standout result in this Friday-night Canary Wharf event. The key stat is efficiency: sustaining 3:02/km, even over a very short distance, shows strong top-end speed and sharp acceleration. Finishing on the mens podium while placing inside the top 30 overall is the clearest marker of performance here. As a coachs note, the next step would simply be transferring this speed across a longer segment of racing to show the same level of output over more distance.
