Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Conrad Beynon #6425 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Explosive speed over a short segment Conrad covered 0.30 km in 1:33, averaging 5:15/km. Thats a sharp effort for a short speed-zone segment, and passing 30 runners is a notable stat in such a brief distance. Against 5,624 participants, he finished 1,577th overall, 1,004th among men, and 195th in the mens 3135 division. This was part of the Canary Wharf Friday Night Lights setting, where quick running through the closed roads suits fast, aggressive efforts. The key positive here is clear: good turnover and the ability to move past runners quickly. To build on this, the next step would be holding that speed across a longer segment so the same intensity carries further.
