Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Leo Bishop #6245 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Short Effort, Sharp Speed Leo covered 0.30 km in 1:18, averaging 4:25 min/km. He passed 17 runners in the On Speed Zone, a strong return for such a short segment. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 636th overall, 397th of 3,278 men, and 83rd in the male 1825 division. That combination of 4:25 min/km pace and 17 passes suggests good intent and effective acceleration over the segment. In a fast evening race built around Canary Wharfs closed roads, this was a concise but efficient effort. To move this further, the next step is sustaining that speed a little longer while keeping the same sharp turnover.
