Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Benjamin Kirby #6373 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Very short effort with sharp speed through the zone Benjamin covered 0.30 km in 1:31, averaging 5:10/km. He passed 26 runners during the On Speed Zone segment, a notable gain over such a short distance. Against 5,624 participants, he placed 1,479 overall, 952nd among men, and 180th in the mens 1825 division. This was a brief, fast segment rather than a full race effort, so the key stat is how efficiently he moved through the field. A pace of 5:10/km over 0.30 km shows good short-distance speed. For future gains, the focus could be on holding that turnover smoothly over longer sections, where strong early speed can translate into more positions gained.
