Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Freddie Woodruff #6277 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Explosive speed over a very short effort Freddie covered 0.30 km in 1:25, averaging 4:48/km. He passed 52 runners in the On Speed Zone, a strong gain for such a short segment. Against 5,624 participants, he finished 1,032nd overall, 679th among men, and 129th in the mens 3135 division. This was a brief, high-speed effort within Run The Wharfs Canary Wharf setting, where the closed-road evening format rewards fast acceleration and committing early. The standout stat here is the combination of 4:48/km pace and 52 places made up in just 0.30 km. To sharpen this kind of segment further, focus on building top-end speed and settling into pace immediately from the start.
