Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Yuyang Cao #6394 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick effort with strong raw speed Yuyang covered 0.30 km in 1:33, which works out to 5:15/km. That is a sharp pace for a very short effort and shows good turnover from the start. She placed 415th among women and 110th in the female 1825 category, with 1,589th overall out of 5,624 participants. This was part of Run The Wharfs Canary Wharf evening setup, known for its closed-road city route and fast atmosphere. Over such a short distance, the key stat is pace, and 5:15/km stands out well. For future efforts in this format, the next step is simply holding that speed over a longer segment to turn quick acceleration into sustained race pace.
