Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Alisa Belchenko #6513 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Brief effort with very quick turnover Alisa covered 0.30 km in 1:50, averaging 6:14 min/km. She passed 17 runners during the effort, a notable stat over such a short distance. In a field of 5,624, she placed 1,016th among women and 196th in the female 1825 division. This was part of the Canary Wharf Friday-night racing format, where speed and positioning matter immediately. The key positive is clear: she gained places rather than losing them. For a short on-speed segment like this, the next step is sharpening acceleration from the start so more of that forward movement happens even earlier.
